SOLUGEID is deployed on your own servers. Your documents remain under your total control, with no external dependency.
OWASP recommended standard. Passwords are hashed with the most robust algorithm available. No cleartext passwords, ever.
Each user only sees what they need to see. Five roles ship by default, with granular permissions per action and confidentiality levels per document.
Every action is recorded: who did what, when, on which document. No entry can be altered or erased from the application, not even by an administrator — history is added to, never rewritten. A retention policy you set purges entries beyond its window.
Automatic lockout after 10 failed attempts. Configurable rate limiting. Generic error messages to prevent information disclosure.
Your documents are on YOUR server, in YOUR premises. No unverified file gets in, no data goes out. No third-party cloud, no transfer.
Backup and restore run by script, scheduled at install time. Configurable retention (30 days by default). One-command restore.
